Issues from thieves like this make shopping from Nigerian online vendors real scary. They go about using lies and creating fake pages in order to take savings from people who gathered the money with hard work, time, and sweat.
This “blessed sewing machine” on Instagram represents a group of scammers. They claim to be selling all kinds of industrial and manual sewing machines and accessories, sewing tools, pressers foot, mannequins, and others, meanwhile, the woman and her team use their pages to rip money off unsuspecting victims. The scammers create profiles, buy followers, upload stock and create multiple identities to engage their posts in order to look legitimate to unsuspecting buyers.
They recently scammed an anonymous user by taking N100,000 for the delivery of a nonexistent industrial weaving machine and stoning machine. Immediately after the receipt of the anonymous user’s payment, the scammer went mute and stopped responding to both calls, text & WhatsApp messages.

Another person chatted the scammer up again, and when a request for the account details was made, they sent a different account number which shows that more than one thief is behind those Instagram accounts. Going through their pages, a number of people have also come out to report them as 419-ers and fraudsters. They have been deleting the comments.
