On July 11th, a customer ordered and paid for a box worth N33,000 naira from @fashion__express on Instagram.
The handler of this Instagram page @fashion__express promised to deliver the box within two days, but the items were not delivered and they stopped responding to her messages.
To date, no box has been delivered, and no refund has been issued.
