An unsuspecting customer reported a fraudulent Instagram page called @baxi_technologyworld, which claims to sell electronic gadgets.
The unsuspecting victim ordered a fridge and pots worth N99,000 naira, and after making payments, the handler of @baxi_technologyworld stated that the items would be delivered in three days.
The items did not arrive as promised, so the customer had to call and inquire about the reason for the delay; they then stopped responding to messages and went silent.
To date, no item has been delivered, and no refund has been issued.
