Haircentials advertised a particular hair on their IG page. I contacted them and made payment for the hair. First, they sent the wrong order. I reached out to them, and they claimed it was a mistake. this was in December 2023. I was asked to return the hair. They have yet to return the hair or my money, a total of 37k. when i call their line, all i get is insults. If you make comments on their posts, they will delete them.
