According to reports on the @mtnng Instagram page, some fraudulent individuals/groups are using website links to defraud people into believing they have won N100,000 naira as a Ramadan gift.
The Mtnng Instagram page categorically stated that they are not involved in this activity and warned their valued customers and the general public to be cautious of this scam.
They also advise consumers to double-check the information before taking action.
Their official platforms, MTn Nigeria on Facebook, @mtnng on Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, and http://www.mtn.ng, would be used to disseminate any Ramadan activity.
