On Facebook and Instagram, the fraudulent online vendor STONNYVILLA FARM claims to supply agricultural commodities such as meat, chicken, cow legs, goat, turkey, and other commodities.
STONNYVILLA FARM is said to be in Ogun State’s Ijebu Ode.
One of the most recent victims transferred N14,500 to the handler of Stonnyvilla farm’s account in exchange for a supply of cow legs and a quarter goat, but the items were never delivered.
When the victim asked the handler of Stonnyvilla farm about delivery charges from Ijebu Ode to Lagos, he was suspicious because he assumed the company would supply bulk products to Lagos all at once, which was why the delivery fee was lower.
The unsuspecting customer had been calling the page handler, who had never returned his calls.
Further investigation reveals that he has been doing it for a long time and appears to be getting away with it.
o swindle unsuspecting individuals, the handler advertises a very enticing price for a full cow for N250,000 naira as well as all other farm’s produce.
To date, no food has been delivered, and no refund has been issued.
