Be cautious of serial scammer “Enoch Parah” on WhatsApp; he hacks people’s WhatsApp accounts and uses them to contact relatives and solicit money.
One example of his strategy is to contact any of the victim’s relatives and inform them that he is attempting to send money to someone but that it is not going through because he has exceeded his daily limit.
He would now ask relatives to send money to a specific account number and promise to return it the next day; if you tried to confirm, he would always find a way to persuade the person to believe him.
He typically preys on people who are trusted by their family members.
