Scam Alert : Sylvester Matthew

This guy is a full-time cheap scammer. He advertised Boarbel puppies in the pet section on Nairaland. We negotiated the price. He said I should give him N3000 delivery money, which I sent to the account number he gave me on Whatsapp. I promised to balance his 19,000 immediately after I see the puppy.
