A scammed victim saw an advertisement on Facebook of LONTOR NIGERIA LTD about a rechargeable fan which he opted to buy, he didn’t do a proper check if the page is for Lontor as it could be one of their distributors, all he cared about is where to pay to. The scammers presented a business account, LONTOR NIGERIA LTD with POLARIS BANK.
The scammed victim felt paying into a business account was safe, after payment of 12k Naira into the account he discovered he was scammed.
Please be careful when trading online, Scammers now connive with bank workers to operate a fully functional business account.
