This scammer will post an item on Jiji, once you contact him. He will go to another seller on JIJI that has the same item to ask for his/ her address then send it to the buyer.
Once the buyer makes payments, he will vanish and never send the item or do a refund. He just duped a customer of N160K for Ps4. Be vigilant of these online vendors, always patronize only verified online vendors.
