An online shopper was looking for where to shop online, so she came across @everything_fashion_ on Instagram. She saw the post of human hairs and wigs on this Instagram page.
She approached the owner of the page and ordered a wig, but the owner of the page gave her an option of promo sales.
If she buys two wigs she would have to pay N10,000, she went ahead and make a payment of N10,000 (naira) with a delivery fee of N2,000 (naira) making a total of N12,000.
The item was supposed to be delivered on Monday via DHL/GIG after payments. To date, no item was delivered and no refund. She tried reaching out to the Instagram page, all messages and calls were ignored.
