An online shopper ordered three jackets from Zamorahstore on Instagram. On the 11th and 12th of January, she paid N15,000 and N7,500 consecutively to the owner of Zamorah_fashion_store. The goods were not delivered as promised, she had to reach out to the owner of the page but no response. On Monday she called the online vendor, luckily for her she picked up and requested her account details for a refund. To date, no refund was made.
