A female online shopper was introduced to the Vee collection they sell all kinds of wear gowns, top wear, jean, etc.
At first, she told the owner of the Vee collection that she is scared to shop online. Immediately the handler of the Vee collection sent her CAC certificate and her shop address.
With that, the owner of the company was able to convince the online shopper. She eventually picked a gown and made a payment of N11,500 plus a delivery fee of N1500 making a total of N12500.
Vee collection didn’t deliver the item as promised, the customer had to reach out to know what happened. The owner of the Vee collection still insisted she would get the item.
The waiting was not yielding any results, and the customer got frustrated and requested the dispatch rider details from the Vee collection which was given. She was eventually ignored and blocked by the Vee collection.
To date, no item delivered or a refund.
