She spent N40,000 naira on human hair from @haircentials Empire on Instagram. The agreement stated that the purchased item would be delivered the following day.
The client waited and no item was delivered as promised; she attempted to contact the owner of the Instagram page but received no reasonable response.
She then requested a refund, which Instagram user @haircentials Empire declined, and the client was eventually blocked. No item has been delivered thus far, and no refund has been issued.
