A customer noticed a hair post on the @adaugbobeautystore Instagram page last week.
She discussed the price with the handler and paid N23,000 naira into the account of the user of @adaugbobeautystore on Instagram.
The user of @adaugbobeautystore requested the customer’s delivery address and promised to deliver the following day. The hair was not delivered as promised, so the customer messaged the online vendor @adaugbobeautystore and received no response before realizing she had blocked her on Instagram and Whatsapp.
There has been no delivery of hair and no refund to date.
