On January 17th, a customer contacted customiize.co on Instagram about making 4 different label stickers for different products ( 3 stickers designs (30pcs) each for her Valentine’s day products) and ( 1 design for her regular product). Ayodele Osuntoki owner of Customiize.co confirmed he had time and he could do it.
The next day, she went to the address posted on the Instagram page ( No 4, market street, Shomolu Lagos.), she met his apprentice who took measurements of the bottles of the product.
That same day, she made her first payment of N18400, and he assures her that in 5-7 business days she will get her designs.
One week later no design, Ayodele Osuntoki told her, he was too busy and the money she paid was too small to start the work.
On January 22, she sent him N21,000 to hasten her work because Valentine’s day was fast approaching.
One week later, no design no labels. At this point, she became really mad. He kept promising her she will get her stickers.
Because of the delay, she opted for another printer to do her work. So she reported the case to a police station, a police officer called him and he gave the same excuse of being busy. He later sent messaged her to send her account details bank for a refund.
Valentine’s Day passed, and she did not make the sale because the products came out too late. Still no Refund.
When she called the printer, he said his refund policy is 30days. Till Today no refund
He later sent the stickers (200pcs one), the design was substandard she couldn’t make use of it. With her bare fingers, you can wipe the printing on the stickers
So far he still owes her N21,400 for the work he did not do.
