An online vendor on Instagram called @streetgidi was reported by an unsatisfied customer to scamexpress on Instagram about a case of what he ordered vs what he got.
This particular vendor on Instagram @streetgidi claims to sell urban wear (joggers and hoodies and tees), the unsuspecting customer contacted the handler of @streetgidi and made an order for some of the items listed on their page.
These items include the following:
1. Army green, Black, and Navy blue cargo pants- N13500
2. Navy Blue and Black striped joggers- N8000
3. Two colored black T-shirts- N7000
4. Light grey 2-piece set-N6000
5. Black graphics T-shirt- N2500
6. Three cargo shorts, Navy blue, wine red, and Dark green-N10500
Logistics fee-N2000
Making a total of N47500
The customer made a payment on the 3rd of June, 2022, but the items were not delivered till the 8th of June 2022, even after the handler of the page @streetgidi promised to deliver the item the next day.
When the items were delivered to the customer, it wasn’t complete and some were not satisfactory. They looked dirty and used already.
So the unsatisfied customer requested he returns the items back and gets a better replacement of the items he saw on the Instagram page.
The moment he requested for returns of items, the handler of the page started ignoring the customer and no response.
The customer used another number to call, and the handler of the page will pick up and sounded like he was going to fix up, but then he proceeds to ignore the customer again.
The unsatisfied customer also commented on a few posts on the Instagram page, and the handler of the @streetgidi proceeded to delete and turned off commenting section and blocked the unsatisfied comments.
To date, no items ordered were replaced and completed by the handler of @streetgidi, and no refund.
