It is no secret that scammers are constantly on the lookout for people’s money online. We hope it’s not yours, but you must first protect yourself.
How?
1. Before you make a payment, double-check every shopping deal.
2. Do not give anyone your personal banking information.
3. Ignore calls requesting your BVN, Debit Card information, or account number.
4. If you are unsure about a link or a file, do not click on it or download it.
5. When shopping online, make sure they have a physical store where you can go.
6. Avoid pages that have a NO REFUND POLICY.
