This guy scammed me, he claimed to be a data seller, I transferred money to his UBA account and screenshot the proof of payment as requested, he stopped communicating with me.
I later approached him again with another WhatsApp pretending to need data, he used the same format again, this time with an access bank account, with same name.
I then revealed my identity to him, that I was the same person he scammed the other week, that I will report him to the authorities as an online scammer, he insulted me and called my bluff.
