A customer came across @haircollections.ng via Instagram. She was shocked about the price but felt since the page is on clearance price she should grab the opportunity.
She ordered a hair wig and picked a particular color, she made a payment of N37,000 naira. She even threatened the owner of the page that her Dad is an herbalist if they try to dupe her. When the goods arrived, the owner of the page delivered the wrong product.
She reached back to the page handler to know what happened, no concrete response from them. The customer realized she had been blocked.
