@folsongadgets is an online phone retailer specializing in a wide range of phones and accessories.
A customer had a phone swap agreement with the Instagram account’s handler, in which the client agreed to pay N80,000 naira in exchange for another brand of phone in exchange for his phone.
The customer paid the handler of the @folsongadgets account N60,000 to settle the N20,000 balance after delivery. @folsongadgets failed to deliver the phone as promised, and he continues to post negative feedback about the customer.
There has been no phone delivery or refund as of yet.
