On March 28th, 2022, a client approached @ceesynergy group, an automobile company, to obtain two motorcycles.
The client paid N900,000 for two bikes plus N60,000 for haulage services to the handler of the @ceesynergy group on Instagram, for a total of N960,000.
The handler of @ceesynergy group failed to deliver the motorcycles that the clients had paid for.
The client commented on his Instagram post, and the @ceesynergy group contacted him directly to request his account details in order to provide a refund.
He has yet to return client calls, has deleted him from his followers, and has made the Instagram page @ceesynergy group private.
