Faith Anjolaoluwa, who claims to sell pay pal funds at a lower rate, was discovered by a client on Nairaland.
He refused to credit the client’s pay pal account and blocked the client after the client paid N23,000 naira in exchange for pay pal funds and received the payments immediately.
To date, no pay pal funds or a refund.
