Last year, @nikyem_fashion was reported for fraudulent actions involving the solicitation of donations to assist her kid. She went into hiding, but she has returned with a new Instagram handle, @nikyem fashion.
@nikyem_fashion is continuously using the same tactic to ask people for money, stating that her son is in need of blood and oxygen.
