Scamexpress recently received a distressing report from a victim who fell prey to the deceptive practices of a fraudulent page named @ngpapagiro.apple.legit.store on Instagram. This scam operation purportedly specializes in various phones and accessories and claims to be situated at No.18 Akpakpava Road, Benin City, open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm.
The victim recounted her unfortunate encounter with the handler of ngpapagiro.apple.legit.store on Instagram, from whom she purchased an iPhone Xs Max. She transferred N220,000 to the account provided by the handler and was promptly blocked after completing the payment.
Regrettably, neither the purchased items have been delivered nor has any form of refund been issued to date.
