Please be careful with him, he is a scammer. On social media, the guy claims to offer superb rates, fast transactions, clean funds with zero issues but in reality, the guy is an unrepentant scammer.
He recently ran a Paypal scam on an acquaintance. The scammer charged back at least $550.
