This guy has scammed so many people. His greed and wickedness won’t let him stop. Please don’t do any business with him. Doing that will only cost you your time and money.
A recent scam he used on a friend was charging back money he sent to my friend after two weeks and PayPal returned the fund to the scammer’s PayPal account. So evil!
Beware! If you have any transactions with him, cancel them ASAP!
