In April 2023, a buyer who was unaware of the fraudulent nature of the Instagram page Funmiluxushair came across an advertisement for a promotional sales event.
The buyer proceeded to purchase two types of hair and paid via the Instagram handler’s account, which was confirmed.
However, the handler then ignored the buyer’s messages and did not deliver the items.
Online shoppers are advised to steer clear of this fake page, especially as Funmiluxushair is still running a birthday sales promotion to lure in more unsuspecting customers.
To date, no refunds have been issued, and no items have been received so far.
