Sanusi, a resident of Oyo State, has shared her ordeal with Alexander Roseline, the CEO of Spread Hope Edu Travels and an “international student consultant.” She alleges that Roseline failed to refund her £8,500 after failing to deliver a paid-for United Kingdom work visa service.
According to Sanusi, Roseline, also known as Aleroseline on Instagram, received a £9,000 payment for UK work visa documents on December 22, 2023. Despite assurances of completing the documents within three weeks, Roseline failed to deliver within the stipulated time.
After six weeks of silence, Sanusi attempted to contact Roseline but received no response. Subsequent communication via Instagram revealed Roseline’s inability to assist further and her request for a refund account.
Sanusi claims that despite promises of a full refund, Roseline only returned £500. Efforts to obtain the remaining £8,500 were futile, with Roseline reportedly blocking Sanusi on WhatsApp.
Repeated attempts to reach Roseline for comment were unsuccessful. She did not respond to phone calls or text messages, leaving Sanusi in a state of uncertainty.
