Musa received debit alerts totaling N877,000, with funds transferred to accounts at Moniepoint and VFD Microfinance Bank. Despite reaching out to Kuda Bank and even visiting their Lagos headquarters, Musa has received no help in recovering the lost funds. Both Kuda Bank and VFD Microfinance Bank have failed to provide satisfactory explanations or assistance in resolving the issue.
