Last month, a buyer paid N23,500 for a wig from @breanna-worldofficial on Instagram.
When payments were made to @breanna_worldofficial’s handler, she stopped responding to the customer’s messages and later blocked the customer.
No items have been delivered to date, and no refunds have been paid.
