An unsuspecting victim contacted scamexpress and reported a case of fraudulent activity on Instagram by @phonesweetshopng.
The unsuspecting customer chatted with the handler of @phonesweetshopng and sent a description of what he needed, a Mac book pro laptop 2019 16 inch 1TB SSD 32 GB ram and a brand new Samsung note 20 ultra 256, the handler of @phonesweetshopng said they had it in stock and also sent pictures of those items listed above.
On Tuesday, March 7, 2023, the unsuspecting victim paid N1,000,000 naira to the account issued by the handler of @phonesweetshopng, and the handler of the page promised to deliver the items paid for the following day.
Since then, the handler of @phonesweetshopng has not answered the calls of unsuspecting customers.
To date, no items have been delivered, and no refund has been issued.
