I was scammed by a hair vendor

I chat up a Hair vendor on WhatsApp on Friday, got her number on her Fb page as she uploaded a lot of beautiful and cheap wigs which varies from 5k and above(I like one of the frontal bob wigs which were 12k).
We talked and she acted so genuine, that she even sent me a voice note, she even did a video call with me and gave me assurance of which I fell for it. I later paid to her account and she promised to deliver it to me on Saturday.
Unfortunately, I did not receive any package, and she eventually blocked me after she stopped replying to my messages and picking my calls
