“Joseph Nantomah” uses his Instagram handle @theblackmentor_ to deceive aspiring travelers by promising them a Canadian work permit.

This page’s Instagram handler, @theblackmentor_, has been alleged of organizing fake seminars on his page and promised them a Canadian work permit.

After all of his atrocities, he fled the country, leaving many of his victims with nothing.
