My JJC Friend was defrauded by a fake bank staff.

Just few days after she returned to Nigeria after many years, she went to Zenith Bank to link her new number and sort other account issues.
Next day someone called her claiming to be from Zenith Bank, stating the exact complaints she made and requested for some bank details.
Unfortunately as a JJC, she revealed information requested cos the person recounted the exact issues she complained about the day before so she thought it was really her bank officials. They were able to withdraw all her money from that account to the last kobo.
