The format he uses is to DM people with messages like this

He will ask you if you are interested in the cheat. That you will also get a 700 Naira commission on each referral.
The guy will send fake pictures by the time you ask for proofs for people he did it for.
The scammer will also advertise the app he uses to do the “data cheat” for around 11K.
