Phillip Emeka is a fake programmer a notorious scammer. He collects and runs with people’s hard earned money by claiming to design websites and sell website scripts. But once you pay him, he wont give you any website script or design any site for you.
I paid 10,000 into his account for a website script and after payment, no script was sent neither did I get a refund. He stood responding to my calls and messges.
