An unsuspecting target was directed to a link to join Qwin TV on WhatsApp, where they advertised a quick rich investment plan for group members.
The victim was duped and forced to pay N31,000 naira to participate in the investment scheme.
There was a time limit after payments to cash out his profit; he requested payment and realized he had been duped.
To date, there has been no response from the owner of Qwin TV (Whatsapp) regarding the refund of money to the victim.
