Nitram Frost Enterprise marketed typical packages for N3.5 million and N5 million, respectively, although basic packages with fewer batteries and panels are less expensive.
Nitram Frost Enterprise informed the client that there will be a site examination to identify the Kva to go for and how work could be done on the site.
Nitram Frost Enterprise demanded an N10,000 call-out fee, which will be deducted from the final payments.
The client eventually paid an N10,000 naira deposit for the call-out cost, but Nitram Frost Enterprise refused to return the money.
