On October 14th, 2022, a victim purchased items from @topfashionn and paid in full. Before making any payments, the victim inquired about the availability of the products.
After making payments to the handler of @topfashionn’s account number, the handler informed the victim that the dress was not available and asked if the victim could wait two weeks, to which the victim agreed. It’s been almost two months; no goods have been delivered, and no refund has been issued.
The handler no longer responds to the victim’s messages; initially, the handler of the Instagram page muted the victim, then blocked and unblocked her.
To date, no item has been delivered and no refund has been made.
