After a client’s phone was stolen last week, he came to Nairaland to look for fresh deals and acquire a new one.
Gregswagzz (Micheal Aruchi) posted a phone model MI 9t for N75,000 naira.
Before beginning any negotiations, he ensured that Gregswagzz’s (Michael Aruchi) account was not new and that the individual had always been posting.
He also discovered that the account is almost 9 years old and that he has posted a lot on Nairaland.
He messaged Gregswagzz (Michael Aruchi) on WhatsApp, and they talked.
He wasn’t satisfied, so he told Gregswagzz (Michael Aruchi) that he would only pay if he could take the phone to the park the next day, call him on video call, and then pay.
Gregswagzz (Michael Aruchi) accomplished just that yesterday; they both did a video conversation, and the client saw the phone wrapped with his information on it.
When the client instructed Gregswagzz (Michael Aruchi) to switch to the back camera, he noticed it was actually a Park office.
Gregswagzz (Micheal Aruchi) later obtained the driver’s phone number in order to track the driver. He also maintained in touch with the client; the next day, the client went to the park, and they told him he needed a code to get the package.
Gregswagzz (Micheal Aruchi) did not provide him a code. He isn’t responding on WhatsApp, and neither will the driver’s phone number.
His phone number hasn’t worked since the morning, and he discovered he’d blocked him.
