On the 6th of October 2022 I paid 61k online for a wig to SNT_COLLECTIONS AKA TNS_COLLECTIONS and was told it would be delivered in 10 working days, when the day arrived I sent them a dm and was told to wait another 7 days because they are waiting for it arrive from abroad or something. After waiting 7 days I dm them no reply so I went to their gram page to raise alarm and was blocked. Went to the WhatsApp page was answered but was told that I would be attended to by the instagram handler to which the person now apologised and pleaded to give them till the following Thursday I would get my hair which was last Thursday. Till today I haven’t heard from them and they are not replying my messages. Is there no cyber consumer protection laws that can pull these scam social media handles down in Nigeria? In America they have instagram protection policies that protect consumers, what would it take to have one in place for Nigerians so we get our money back and eradicate these online nuisance. They have spoiled online shopping for me.
