Judith Obukohwo is one of the many dishonest online vendors who take customers’ orders and money and in return frustrates the customers with “late or no deliveries”, no refunds, poor customer relationships, insults, excuses amongst others. This particular vendor took money from an anonymous IG user since March and made no delivery.

Instead of coming out straight on the reasons for the delay, she kept promising new dates and making refunds which affected the customer’s schedule and business. Judith received the payment on the 4th of March, 2021, and promised to deliver the product, “weight gain combo” on Saturday, 6th of March and since then, she neither sent the product nor made any refund to the customer. All the customer got were excuses and failed promises.
