An unsuspecting customer recently fell victim to a scam on Instagram, and she is now sharing her experience to warn others about the fraudulent activities of blessed_ventures_ltd.
This Instagram page claims to sell various Apple phones and gadgets and is supposedly located at Plot 422b Thistle Terminal Off Apapa Wharf, Lagos.
The customer initiated contact with the page and engaged in negotiations with the handler representing blessed_ventures_ltd on Instagram. Eventually, she decided to make a purchase of a phone, amounting to N80,000 Nigerian Naira, transferring the payment to an account provided by the handler of the scam page.
Once the victim confirmed the payment, the handler assured her that the items would be delivered promptly through a dispatch rider. The victim repeatedly tried contacting the handler to inquire about the status of the delivery, but unfortunately, the handler stopped responding to her calls and eventually blocked her.
To this day, the victim has neither received the purchased item nor obtained a refund for her payment.
