A customer’s hard-earned money was stolen by a Nairalander going by the name of “RAVEN EMMANUEL KINGSLEY.”
The customer paid “RAVEN EMMANUEL KINGSLEY” N26,000 naira for $50 worth of Neteller after he claimed to trade PayPal and Neteller. He was then immediately blocked.
There has been no crediting of the customers’ accounts or refund.
