A victim met an individual called Ifeanyichukwu Ozioma Deborah online, she claim to own a WhatsApp called DebbyTV.
The owner of WhatAppTv told the victim, she is a Whatsapp entertainer, also sells clothes, and runs a cyber cafe. She said she is from Imo state Owerri precisely, and also said she graduated from Imo state university.
The victim also planned to buy some clothes from her to sell, so the handler instructed her to send money to the handler’s sister’s account.
The victim initially sent N800,000 to the handler’s sister account and later sent N200,000 to make a total of N1 million naira.
To date, no goods have been received, and no money has been refunded.
