Oluwasegun Adenle created a free WhatsApp group to teach Dollar Arbitrage to his group members, everything went well until it got to the point where group members needed to acquire PayPal funds.
After some group members made payments, it took him 24 hours to admit to receiving the money. Another 24 hours is about elapsing and he’s been mute about sending the funds to their PayPal accounts.
After collecting money from some of the WhatsApp group members he locked the group, his response to direct messages became very slow.
Right now he is still active on WhatsApp and he reads messages but will never reply or take calls.
So his tactic is to create a free group, deliver quality/relevant info to gain the trust of his prey, then scam them.
