A customer ordered a dress for herself and her daughter for about N30,000, and she paid for delivery for more than three months.
The delivery date passed, and the customer contacted the user of @Inwearfashion on Instagram to find out what happened.
The handler of the Instagram account @Inwearfashion informed the customer that she is looking for two items from the order.
The customer told her she should send the ones she had and refund her for the rest, but the user of @Inwearfashion did not respond and later blocked the unsuspecting victim on all social media platforms.
To date, the user of @Inwearfashion has refused to deliver the ordered items and has received no refund.
