This particular vendor’s game plan is to frustrate the customers with her bad customer relationship and silly excuses for not delivering the clothing to the customers that make orders.
She recently swindled an anonymous user of her money, by not delivering the ordered cloth item and even blocking the user after a request for a refund was made.
From putting “Same day delivery” on her page to infuriating people by shifting the delivery dates with ridiculous excuses. Asides from that, she was also not straightforward with the user as she kept ignoring messages, giving slow responses, and even threatening to block her after she demanded the delivery status.
She eventually blocked the user on WhatsApp for calling her and responded on IG saying that there won’t be any refund despite not making a delivery to the user. How can a vendor be this heartless?
It is bad vendors like this or, fraudulent people who put fake vendor pages( with bought followers & engagements) that deter prospective customers from patronizing the legit ones. This is just too bad!
