HE was contacted to process a Dubai visa, he requested a sum of 600,000 naira to process it. The victim paid an initial deposit of 400,000 naira as part payment to balance 200,000 naira after processing the visa. After the payment, he has refused to process or refund the money. Reaching him as proved abortive, as the defrauded victim as been blocked. Beware of this con man!!!
